  • STOPP’s latest PP CEO report garnered the attention of an Arizona congressman, and he and other members of Congress penned a letter to DOGE.
  • Planned Parenthood distributed lude coloring books to young children at a KY event and then had the audacity to say it didn’t happen.
  • We witnessed an ironic twist recently when Planned Parenthood, who profits from the murder of babies, decided to celebrate “black birthing people” with a baby shower.
  • STOPP associate Pro-Life Waco has been working hard to educate about the horrors of abortion, including the abortion pill. We have a recent update.

Late Monday, STOPP learned that Congressman Andy Biggs, a representative of Arizona, would be writing a letter to DOGE calling for an investigation into Planned Parenthood’s taxpayer funding.

In his letter, Congressman Biggs cited the findings of STOPP’s most recent report on Planned Parenthood affiliate CEO salaries.

“Planned Parenthood received around $700 million in taxpayer funding in 2022-23, representing about 34% of their annual revenue, meanwhile, its executives pocket outrageous salaries,” stated Biggs in his letter to DOGE.

He continued, “A recent report reveals that Planned Parenthood affiliate CEOs are making well into the six figures, with some earning nearly a million dollars per year, while the organization continues to kill unborn children. . . . I urge you to use your platform and resources to investigate Planned Parenthood’s financial practices, particularly how it justifies exorbitant executive salaries as the nation’s largest abortion provider.”

The letter was signed by Biggs and other Republican representatives and sent to Elon Musk.

This story is developing. Check back with STOPP for updates.

Last week, the Kentucky Science Center in Louisville issued a public apology after Planned Parenthood Great Northwest, Hawaiʻi, Alaska, Indiana and Kentucky distributed graphic coloring books to over 400 children at a “Health and Wellness” event held at the center on March 21, 2025. The ages of the children in attendance were between 8 and 13.

Images in the coloring book (which are too graphic for us to share) include contraceptives such as IUDs and birth control pills, as well as explicit pictures of both male and female anatomy. In addition to its apology, the Kentucky Science Center stated in a post on Facebook that it would no longer allow Planned Parenthood at any future events held at the center:

Planned Parenthood provided this material without our consent and it does not reflect our policies or the intended content for the event.

We deeply regret the harm this caused. We are taking immediate steps to ensure that all materials distributed at our events are thoroughly reviewed in advance and this partner is no longer welcome at the Science Center.

Planned Parenthood Great Northwest’s director of external affairs initially denied that these coloring books were given out at the event: “We want to be clear: the coloring book currently being circulated online was not distributed at the event.Claims suggesting otherwise are false and appear to be part of a coordinated attempt to stir outrage and manufacture controversy” (emphasis added).

However, this statement was quickly redacted by the abortion organization, which claimed the coloring books were “inadvertently distributed” by a single staff member and that the books “wouldn’t typically be used in a setting like this event.”

This poor attempt at an apology from Planned Parenthood is just another example of the organization’s goal to indoctrinate young children with its perverse and lewd “sex education.” STOPP International has reported on numerous instances of Planned Parenthood’s vile actions to corrupt the minds of young children and teenagers, most recently with its course in sex for young teenage men incarcerated in jail and its explicit ASL videos on sex and gender ideology to infiltrate deaf schools across the country.

So, what can you do about this? STOPP has created a list of resources on our website to provide the tools that parents, grandparents, and any concerned pro-lifer needs to get Planned Parenthood out of their community. Check out our webpage here for practical action items on how to do this.

Planned Parenthood of Illinois is holding its “2nd Annual Community Baby Shower” this month—an event that could not be more bizarre and ironic for an organization that makes it profit off ending the lives of preborn children.

The announcement of this event came directly from its website, with the event described as follows:

To honor Black Maternal Health Week, Planned Parenthood of Illinois (PPIL), in partnership with the Chicago Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc., is hosting the 2nd annual free Community Baby Shower. . . . The Community Baby Shower features free giveaways, information booths, two panel discussions, information about PPIL’s Bridges to Prenatal Care program, food, and additional resources aimed at helping ensure people have healthy and successful pregnancies and births (emphasis added).

According to its website, Planned Parenthood of Illinois’ locations offer surgical abortion and the abortion pill both through its facilities and via telehealth. Additionally, the affiliate reported that in 2022/2023, its saw “more out-of-state abortion patients than in any other state in the country,” though it did not report the number of abortions it committed in 2022/2023.

Not only is it crazy that Planned Parenthood would cooperate in hosting a baby shower as the “leading” abortion organization in the country, but it is claiming to do so in support of black women and their babies. Or, as Planned Parenthood terms it, it is a baby shower for “black birthing people.”

In a 2022 study conducted by the CDC, the largest demographic of women who had abortions in 2021-2022 were black women, accounting for 39.5% of all women who had abortions that year. Even Planned Parenthood admitted after 100 years that its foundress, Margaret Sanger, was a racist and eugenicist, who founded Planned Parenthood to promote birth control to black people and immigrants—anyone she deemed “unfit” to reproduce. Many of Planned Parenthood’s facilities have been reported to operate largely in minority communities, seemingly continuing Sanger’s racist legacy.

These foundational roots of the abortion organization that Sanger laid down are not gone but merely adjusted in language, tactics, and deception to disguise itself with the times. It is truly nonsensical for an abortion business to celebrate the very lives it takes and profits from every day.

This week, STOPP received an update from STOPP associate John Pisciotta. John is a leader of Pro-Life Waco and the founding executive director of Pro-Life in the Public Square. Pro-Life Waco has been engaging in pro-life protests at the CVS pharmacy near Baylor University since April 2024. Their top goals are education about chemical abortion and exposing the CVS and Walgreens commitment to joining the abortion industry.

PLW told STOPP that as of February 2025, nearby college student group College Democrats of Baylor had organized a counterprotest to coincide with PLW’s protest.

“On March 26, we were outnumbered by about 20 to 15. Nevertheless, the counterprotest amplified our pro-life impact on the vast sidewalks of this corner drug store,” said PLW in an email. “The expansion of the visual display on the sidewalks was something thousands of travelers could not avoid seeing. The counterprotest ramped up our enthusiasm.”

He continued, “For the most part, the interaction was respectful. I persuaded four counter-protesters to accept our chemical abortion flyer. This included the president of College Democrats of Baylor.”

PLW reports that disruptions did occur but were not enough to overtake the peaceful witness of the pro-lifers and the counterprotest.

PLW leadership has also created a new advocacy group called Pro-Life in the Public Square. The goal of this new organization is to promote public square outreach—activism that reaches the broad spectrum of public sentiment on abortion. The organization’s top priority is a strong national response to the entry of two national pharmacy corporations into the chemical abortion business. PLPS offers a free Quick Start Pack to pro-life groups and individuals who will join the national collaboration for continuing pharmacy outreach at a local CVS or Walgreens. The Quick Start Pack includes 10 signs (with four different messages) and 100 chemical abortion flyers.PLPS also provides financial support for two additional public square outreach initiatives: 1) church and local group yard sign campaigns and 2) billboards in small towns with a major highway running through.
