Not a Part of His Dream

1 in 3 BLACK CHILDREN
lose their lives through abortion

Each year in the United States, over 900,000 babies lose their lives before birth due to the various methods of abortion used in this country.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control publishes an Abortion Surveillance Report annually giving pertinent facts and figures on the two major types of abortion: 1. Surgical abortion, which involves an invasive procedure to kill the human being; and 2. Medical abortion (the abortion pill), which can be used to kill the human being during the first 10 weeks of pregnancy.

According to the latest CDC report (November 2017):

Non-Hispanic black women had the highest abortion . . . ratio

( 391 [surgical and medical] abortions per 1,000 live births )

In addition to the surgical and medical abortions, many deaths of preborn children are caused by the action of so-called hormonal contraceptives. The deaths are caused by preventing the child from implanting in the womb. Each of these methods has their own abortion rate. The most popular, the pill, causes abortions at least 6 percent of the time.

There are approximately 10,000,000 black women of childbearing age. Guttmacher reports that 83 percent use contraceptives. The federal government estimates that 25 percent of them use the pill. Thus, the number of black babies killed in the womb by so-called contraceptives is a minimum of 124.5 per 1,000 live births and is likely double or triple that number.

When added to the death toll of surgical and medical abortions, it is clear that at least 516 black babies die from abortion for every 1,000 live births.

That is one out of every three black children who are murdered inside their mother by abortion.

THIS WAS NOT PART OF KING’S DREAM!

Martin Luther King Jr. delivered his “I have a dream” speech on August 28, 1963. In that speech, he said, “I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: ‘We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal.’”

THERE IS ONE MAJOR ORGANIZATION TODAY
THAT IS WORKING AGAINST THAT DREAM

IT IS TARGETING BLACK CHILDREN

It is time to put an end to Planned Parenthood’s reign of terror in the black community. American Life League is the premiere fighter against Planned Parenthood and has partnered with Black groups in that battle since our beginnings in 1971.

YOUR HELP NEEDED!

Our specific effort against Planned Parenthood is called STOPP (Stop Planned Parenthood) and we publish a free e-newsletter, the Wednesday STOPP Report, twice a month. It will keep you informed on Planned Parenthood’s activities and what you can do to stop this nefarious organization.

We invite you to sign-up for a free subscription to the newsletter and to consider a DONATION to help in our fight against Planned Parenthood.

Black children need protection from Planned Parenthood and your maximum gift today will help us fight for their lives.
