PP Encourages Supporters to Practice Witchcraft
By Katie Brown Xavios
Are things at Planned Parenthood really that bad that they’ve resorted to asking pro-aborts to cast spells on pro-life protesters? The answer, it would seem, is yes.
Leading up to Halloween, 40 Days for Life founder Shawn Carney shared that the Bangor, Maine, Planned Parenthood had asked supporters to play demonic music and cast spells on pro-lifers. As Carney put it, “The abortion industry isn’t even trying to hide the demonic nature of abortion any more.”
Planned Parenthood posted:
Choose your favorite explicit song, such as WAP by Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion, to play as your drive by the clinic. Death metal also works well! Windows down, of course. Don’t break local noise ordnances!
Halloween is the perfect time to practice witchcraft. Cast some spells and curse the protestors with a perpetually runny nose or bad parking spots for life!
The 40 Days for Life coordinator in this area, Tom Kelly, wrote an op-ed about this for the Vermont Daily Chronicle. Kelly shares that he and his fellow pro-lifers had to use headphones to drown out the demonic music.
He closed his op-ed with the perfect insight: “The abortion industry only needs to resort to shock value because your prayerful presence is bad for business.”
Keep praying, ladies and gentlemen. Pray especially for these pro-aborts who feel the need to resort to demonic actions. Planned Parenthood’s mask is slipping.
Six Former Employees Sue Planned Parenthood Southeast Affiliate and Federation
By Katherine Van Dyke
In February 2026, STOPP reported on the resignation of Planned Parenthood Southeast’s then CEO, Mairo Akpose, after multiple complaints about her perceived “conservative views” and her lack of focus on abortion. The accusations against the CEO and the chaos surrounding the affiliate compelled Planned Parenthood Los Angeles to temporarily partner with PPSE to help the affiliate expand its “services” in the southeastern United States.
Six former PPSE employees have now filed a new complaint against Planned Parenthood Southeast and Planned Parenthood Federation of America. The plaintiffs allege that under Mairo Akpose, they were unjustly fired from their roles for challenging the leadership’s lack of commitment to abortion and that staff were discriminated against because of their gender. According to the plaintiffs’ accusations, Akpose said, “We talk about abortion too much, we focus too much on it.” They also say Akpose hired a new executive director at PPSE, a woman who claimed to be pro-life in 2022 and described a particular abortion method as “dismembering babies.”
If these allegations are true, it is easy to see why these women would be seen as threats by an organization so devoted to abortion. This is not the first time a Planned Parenthood employee has been forced or encouraged to resign for not supporting abortion or LGBTQ+ causes enough. In 2019, Leana Wen, Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s president at the time, was fired after eight months for not prioritizing abortion enough and for focusing on actual healthcare for women. Those who challenge Planned Parenthood’s claim to be a true healthcare provider are too often outed and cancelled in the pro-abortion sphere.
Reuters reported that Akpose herself filed a lawsuit against PPSE in October, claiming the organization was hostile toward her for being a black woman and a practicing Christian. Her suit will be a second current legal case against the affiliate. The lawsuits will likely harm Planned Parenthood Southeast’s reputation and finances, though government funding and wealthy donors will ensure that it continues to receive money.
What we can hope is that Akpose, Wen, and others who have been encouraged to leave or fired from Planned Parenthood for challenging its death-centered mission will have a true conversion of heart and come to see that abortion is not healthcare or about women’s rights. Let us pray for the conversion of those who have worked within the culture of death through organizations like Planned Parenthood. As former Planned Parenthood employees like Dr. Abby Johnson, Mayra Rodriguez, and others show us through their own lives and work, no one is too far-gone for God’s mercy and healing.
