"The nomination of Gov. Kathleen Sebelius is more solid proof our new president has no concern for the health of Americans. Rather, Obama’s modus operandi has been, and will continue to be, a full-scale attack on the personhood of the weak, disabled and preborn.
"Gov. Kathleen Sebelius, Obama’s pick to lead the nation’s chief agency for health care, has made no secret of her radical support for the abortion movement. Indeed she has praised, defended and treated to dinner at the governor’s mansion the notorious Dr. George Tiller – set to stand trial for performing illegal late-term abortions.
"Sebelius, an alleged Catholic, has been routinely rebuked by her archbishop for her pro-abortion work. In fact Archbishop Joseph Naumann barred her from Holy Communion for her flagrant support for abortion.
"The Sebelius pick comes amid reports of the imminent overturn of Bush's HHS conscience protections for health care professionals who refuse to perform abortions. It comes after the appointment of extreme pro-abortion radicals, such as Ellen Moran of pro-abortion Emily’s List, to key positions in the new administration. It comes after the overturn of the Mexico City Policy and the news of the administration’s support of federal funding for human embryonic stem cell research.
