American Life League Honors All Our Nation’s Veterans for Their Selfless Service

Washington, DC -In celebration of Veterans Day and all that it means to every American, Paul E. Rondeau, executive director of American Life League, issued the following statement:

Today we honor all American veterans, living and dead, for their dedicated and loyal service to our great nation. We show appreciation to our veterans because the sacrifices they have made keep our country free.

As a Vietnam-era era veteran, I remember family and friends returning from perhaps the ugliest, most politicized war in American history. Their “welcome” was being spat upon and reviled by the very people whose freedoms they helped protect.

But, that is the nature of our fighting men and women: They oft-times make the ultimate sacrifice not because we are honorable, but because they are.

May God bless the United States of America, and those that help keep us and the world free.
