Concerned citizens descend upon 314 Planned Parenthood facilities in massive coordinated single-day protest
Washington, DC—Public outrage continues against Planned Parenthood as a coalition of 60 groups, including American Life League and Stop Planned Parenthood International (STOPP), will hold a National Day of Protest this Saturday, August 22, 2015, at over 300 Planned Parenthood facilities across America between 9 and 11 a.m.
ALL and STOPP, organizations at the forefront of fighting the rampant abuse and misuse of public funds by the nation’s largest abortion chain—the organization recently exposed for trafficking human tissue and body parts for profit—will take part in the protest at a key site in our nation’s capital, the future site of a proposed Planned Parenthood facility in Washington, DC. The protest will take place on the sidewalk outside 1225 4th Street N.E.
Jim Sedlak, vice president of ALL, stated: “This National Day of Protest at Planned Parenthood is the largest coordinated nationwide single-day protest of Planned Parenthood in its history. A diverse cross-section of parents, Libertarians, Tea Party members, and pro-lifers are coming together to demonstrate that Planned Parenthood has no place in a civilized America.”
