Washington, D.C.: When presidential candidate Hillary Clinton used the words “child” and “human” in reference to who is the subject of an abortion, it raised the hackles of her pro-abortion support camp, namely Planned Parenthood.
“The unborn person doesn’t have constitutional rights,” Mrs. Clinton said on NBC’s Meet the Press. “Now that doesn’t mean that we don’t do everything we possibly can in the vast majority of instances to, you know, help a mother who is carrying a child and wants to make sure that child will be healthy, to have appropriate medical support,” she continued
The fact is that when an abortion is performed, it is a human being’s life that is snuffed out. Pro-abortion proponents have successfully drawn the curtain on such language as “child ” and “human,” largely to deceive the general populous and maintain their abortion business.
American Life League president Judie Brown comments:
The suggestion Clinton makes in her off-the-cuff statement is the same as saying that a born person who is somehow deemed as less than fully human should not be viewed as deserving of constitutional rights. Clinton’s statement smacks of the Hitlerian ethic that some human beings are actually lives not worthy of living. God save us from such progressive discrimination against the least of our brothers and sisters. Hillary should be ashamed.
