The Senate vote to confirm Judge Neil Gorsuch as the next member of the United States Supreme Court will begin within the next 10 days.
Judge Gorsuch is endorsed by American Life League and we encourage all our readers to call your United States senators and ask them to vote to end any threatened filibuster and to vote to confirm the judge.

Why does American Life League support Judge Gorsuch? Gorsuch is a judge in the mold of Antonin Scalia. He wrote a book on assisted suicide and euthanasia in which he clearly opposed both and said that “the intentional taking of human life by private persons is always wrong.”
In cases he was involved in at his current position on the 10th Circuit Appeals Court:
- Gorsuch ruled in favor of Hobby Lobby in holding that Obamacare’s abortifacient mandate violates the religious beliefs of closely-held corporations.
- Gorsuch ruled in favor of the Little Sisters of the Poor, defending the rights of nuns not to be forced to pay for abortion-inducing drugs in their healthcare plans.
- Gorsuch forcefully took the position that the governor of Utah had a right to defund Planned Parenthood in wake of videos showing its involvement in the selling of baby body parts.
The Senate is supposed to vote to confirm Gorsuch in early April, probably before April 12. We must act NOW to get him confirmed.
