The Mayo Clinic Proceedings journal has just published an article pointing out that based on a meta-analysis, it is clear that oral contraceptive can put premenopausal women at an increased risk of breast cancer.
Chris Kahlenborn, M.D., the lead author of the report, said his entire team belives the standards of informed consent demand that women must be warned of the ptoential risk.
The real question is, will women be told the truth? For more than 40 years they have not heard the simple fact that the pill can kill a preborn baby. So will women learn about this?
