Protrayal of this bill as "too restrictive" sends a callous message to South Dakota voters. The pro-abortion "Camapign for Healthy Families" is telling voters that innocent babies should be killed for the sexual assault crimes of their fathers.
That kind of twisted thinking is not surprising, but it is just wrong. Let's hope the voters in South Dakota see it that way as well.
