A few days ago a district court judge in Kansas refused to reinstate criminal charges against the abortion doctor, George Tiller.
Kansas' outgoing attorney general, Phill Kline, had charged Tiller with performing illegal late-term abortions. More than 25 charges were dropped by the judge, and one has to wonder whether or not such judicial actions are motivated more by politics than they are by actual justice.
I suggest to you that abortionist Tiller is long overdue to spend time in jail. After all, Tiller's clinic, Women's Health Care Services, not only specializes in aborting babies during the second and third trimester, but has a "chaplain" on duty to work with families after their baby is killed.
