Every once in a while something amazing happens, and I love telling people about it. This is particularly fabulous because it has just been reported that a federal judge has ordered the city of Granite City, Illinois to pay almost $3,000 to Donald Horina, a pro-life picketer.
The judge ruled that the city ordinace under which Mr. Horina was charged was not constitutional. The funds were ordered to be paid for "humiliation, emotional distress and loss of First Amendment rights.
It is so refreshing to read a story vindicating a pro-life American for acting on his faith and spreading the good news that all innoecnt human life is precious.
