Congratulations, Nancy Pelosi!

By Rey Flores

When I heard that Nancy Pelosi was going to receive Planned Parenthood’s Margaret Sanger Award at its annual coven this year, I was about as shocked as when I found out that President Obama “evolved” on so-called same-sex marriage last year.

Giving Pelosi this award is a no-brainer, in both the figurative and literal senses.

While past recipients have included eugenic zealots John D. Rockefeller III, Alan Guttmacher Sr., and even Hillary Clinton, Planned Parenthood prefers to always mention that the Reverend Martin Luther King Jr. was one of the very first recipients of this macabre award. Little did King know just how many black babies would be aborted by Planned Parenthood decades after his assassination, and that his niece Alveda King would one day fight against this very same organization’s black genocide.

Planned Parenthood’s description of this award is disturbing: “Our highest honor, the Planned Parenthood Federation of America Margaret Sanger Award, is presented annually to recognize leadership, excellence, and outstanding contributions to the reproductive health and rights movement.”

Imagine that, a high honor for the destruction of human life. To receive Planned Parenthood’s Margaret Sanger Award is like receiving the Adolf Hitler Award for Human Rights or the Charles Manson Award for Mental Health.

WHAT DOES THIS AWARD LOOK LIKE?

The rectangular crystal monument perfectly embodies the soulless agenda of Sanger’s life work and legacy; it’s cold with sharp edges. You can see right through it as one would through a bald-faced lie.

I happen to think that a more accurate symbol for this award would be a gold-plated uterine curette, which is one of the abortion tools that has brought Sanger and Planned Parenthood so much success. One side of its loop tip is sharp—for cutting a child apart. The other side scrapes the uterus to remove the placenta.

Or perhaps the award could be a platinum pair of forceps that is used to crush, grasp, and pull the child’s body apart, or a pair of embryotomy scissors which is used to cut off the baby’s head, arms, and legs.

These medieval instruments of death are to Sanger and Cecile Richards what a baseball bat is to the New York Yankees or what Mickey Mouse is to Walt Disney. They have brought much success and money to those who use them and use them well.

Congratulations, Nancy. Given your dedication to bringing a healthcare law that destroys lives rather than saves them, I couldn’t think of a finer, more deserving person to receive this award.
