Despite being rebuffed by abortion foes from setting up a clinic in Redwood City earlier this year, Planned Parenthood has found a way to deliver health and reproductive services to the city’s female residents. On Tuesday, the women’s health organization opened the doors of a mobile medical van parked in the lot of San Mateo County’s Human Services Agency building, at 2500 Middlefield Road.
