Ryan Bomberger knows only a little about his natural mother: “I know that, tragically, she was raped,” he says, “and that even though she had access to abortion because of that she chose life.” He continues: “The social worker described my mother as angry. She had never intended to see me after birth, but then she asked to hold me. The social worker said that there was a noticeable change in her countenance after that. “I’m glad she chose life and gave me the opportunity to be adopted by an amazing multi-racial Christian family of 15. I had an amazing life growing up on a farm in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. There was never a dull moment. Never a quiet moment either!”
