A few weeks ago, STOPP reported that another racial discrimination lawsuit had been settled after several employees sued Planned Parenthood of Illinois for racial discrimination. Thanks to an anonymous tip given to STOPP, we recently learned that a former employee of Planned Parenthood North Central States filed a discrimination complaint last week against the affiliate, alleging she was discriminated against due to her medical disabilities.

The plaintiff claims that during her application and hiring process as a full-time work-from-home employee for PPNCS, she informed her employers of her medical disabilities. She says that when her health began to worsen, she requested medical leave and later requested a gradual return to work with part-time hours at the recommendation of her doctor, who provided a medical note. According to the plaintiff, PPNCS did not heed her doctor’s advice and instead required her to return to full-time work after her medical leave.

She also claims that her employers delayed their response to her request for a temporary part-time schedule, which forced her to take more time off during the workdays than she had intended and resulted in disciplinary warnings because of her lack of attendance. Finally, the plaintiff says she was selected for a layoff, which PPNCS staff later admitted was a “mistake.” This is what led her to resign.

The plaintiff and her attorney argue that PPNCS failed to provide reasonable ADA accommodations for her, failed to accommodate her according to the legal conditions of the Minnesota Human Rights Act, and committed discrimination against her due to her disability by initially laying her off and/or forcing her to resign. The plaintiff is seeking restitution of more than $75,000 for damages incurred and her lost wages and benefits.

Although the outcome of these allegations is not yet known, it’s clear that Planned Parenthood’s pattern of employee complaints has not ceased. As STOPP has written before, a 2025 New York Times article highlighted complaints from dissatisfied Planned Parenthood staff. It is notable how often these complaints have become lawsuits against the abortion giant and how many alleged discriminations have occurred from Planned Parenthood.

We will keep you posted on developments when we hear about them.

Planned Parenthood isn’t content with taking the lives of preborn children. It also seeks to harm the minds, bodies, and souls of born children through so-called “gender-affirming care.” A review of recent PP affiliate annual reports showed just how much this “care” has grown over the past few years.

As explained in our 2025 Report on Planned Parenthood CEO Compensation, PP is structured like a franchise operation. Planned Parenthood Federation of America oversees the nationwide organization. Its medical centers are run by separately incorporated entities called affiliates. Some affiliates cover multiple states, while others only cover a region of one state.

In its 2024–2025 annual report, PPFA strategically grouped its “transgender services” with “other procedures” to hide the extent of its harm. Fourteen of its affiliates, however, have consistently reported on their gender-related services. Concerned Women for America Legislative Action Committee used these affiliates’ annual reports to analyze these services and discovered a shocking 40% increase in “gender care” for the 2024–2025 fiscal year. Even more concerning is the fact that all 14 affiliates saw an increase in these devastating services.

Some of the most alarming information in CWALAC’s report includes the following:

  • Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio reported a 544% increase in gender services in 2022. These services again increased by more than 200% the next year and by another nearly 50% in the most recent data.
  • Planned Parenthood Great Northwest, Hawai’i, Alaska, Indiana, Kentucky offered 13,432 gender-related services in 2024, a number that increased to 24,295 in 2025.
  • Planned Parenthood Great Plains experienced a 90% increase in “gender-affirming care.”
  • Planned Parenthood of Greater Washington and Northern Idaho and Planned Parenthood of Western Pennsylvania both more than doubled these services in recent years.

PP first began offering gender services in 2015 and has grown to be one of the largest providers of these services in the US. In 2023, it published a now-deleted blog explaining that the minimum age for hormone replacement therapy was 16 at some PP facilities but that “other doctors may prescribe hormones to patients who are 12 and up with parental consent.” Customers can receive gender services at many physical facilities, as well as through telehealth appointments and PP’s virtual health centers.

Former Planned Parenthood employees and customers have shared that the organization is one of the easiest places to get cross-sex hormones. Its “informed consent model” means that customers only have to sign a piece of paper that acknowledges and lists potential side effects to obtain gender treatments. While most providers require a diagnosis of gender dysphoria from a psychiatrist, PP customers can get a same-day prescription for the drugs they want with only a signature.

Additionally, Planned Parenthood is once again using its influence in schools and communities to create the very problems it claims to solve. Its Sex Ed To-Go online courses include modules such as “Gender & Sexual Orientation Basics” and “Gender Affirming Care,” both targeted at children in 8th grade and older. PPFA and its affiliates also frequently promote gender ideology and confusion through community events and social media.

Gender ideology is falling out of favor in the culture, but Planned Parenthood remains committed to the harm it causes to suffering individuals who are seduced by the gender movement. For the sake of our children, both born and preborn, we must tirelessly work to close every Planned Parenthood facility.
