A naval torpedo looks like a long, round bullet. Mifepristone, the abortion pill, looks similar but without the pointed nose. Both are instruments designed to cause maximum damage and death. While feminists roar about the necessity of having such a weapon to kill preborn children, we shudder in horror. This is because we realize that, in America, killing has become as easy as clipping a hangnail, to quote pro-life hero Mildred Fay Jefferson, MD.
In some states in our fair land, laws have been passed to restrict or ban this deadly pill. According to one report, “In 2026, medication abortion remains one of the central battlegrounds in the fight over reproductive autonomy, with policymakers in several states pushing bills that would criminalize patients, restrict telehealth and mailing, and even misclassify abortion pills as controlled substances or environmental hazards.”
While this comment comes from a staff member of the pro-abortion Alan Guttmacher Institute, the point is that the deadly pill, first created by the French pharmaceutical house Roussel Uclaf, should never have seen the light of day in our nation. Yet it has become one of the most popular abortion (read killing) methods to date. And that alone is a sad commentary on society.
All is not well with this deadly pessary. In Georgia, a mother has been charged with murder for allegedly using this pill along with oxycodone to end the life of her preborn child. This case is in its infancy, of course, but the fact that charges were brought gives us a sliver of hope that the truth about this medical killer will become known to a much wider audience in the months to come.
Not every American is standing around waiting for a decision in this case. In the United States Senate, Missouri senator Josh Hawley has introduced a bill that would create a hotline for women who want to report injury as a result of ingesting this deadly pill. Hawley said, “Serious questions remain on whether drug makers fully investigated chemical abortion pill dangers” prior to putting the chemical on the market.
We can attest to this from our own research, having been among the first pro-life groups to warn President Ronald Reagan in the early days that the pill was fraught with danger for mothers and their preborn children. While few listened then, we hope that many more will hear the call Senator Hawley has issued.
Not only is the story of Hawley’s actions little known, but so are the results of the amazing abortion pill reversal miracles that are occurring nationwide. The truth is that this reversal process has saved thousands of preborn children.
It may be well past time for the advocates of such lethal torpedoes to take a second look at what they are causing. We cannot look at vast fields full of the bodies of the torpedo’s prey, but we know what that would look like. And most troublesome is the reality that most of the mothers whose babies die by this method never realize until long after the fact that a little baby who could have brought so much joy into her life was killed shortly after her life began.
These women, victimized by the culture of convenience, may also suffer from ingesting the deadly chemical. But will the mainstream media report such events in the clear light of day? Probably not. A case in point is the recent study that showed that women who ingest the pill suffer a higher risk of brain tumors. While this fact should be well known, let us not forget that marketing abortion means adding profit to bank accounts, not truthfully warning the unsuspecting patient.
In the same way that a torpedo deployed by a naval fleet can do disastrous damage to its target, so too this grievously dangerous pill can cause serious adverse effects to its users, not to mention its preborn targets.
Isn’t it time for the truth to dismantle the cabal dedicated to killing the preborn? We think so!
