ALL’s Charity Watchlist Informs Donors Where Charities Stand on Life Issues
When American Life League relaunched its Charity Watchlist as a free online tool in 2023, we provided information on some of the largest charitable organizations in the country and where they stand on abortion, contraception, LGBTQ+ lifestyles, IVF, assisted suicide, and human embryonic stem cell research. Thanks to our supporters’ inquiries about charities that matter to them, our list has nearly tripled in length and now holds over 170+ charities.
If a charity is listed on the green section, it means that it either upholds pro-life values/actions or is not involved with supporting any offenses against life. If a charity is on our yellow list, it means that there is not enough information currently known to give it a firm green or red rating. If a charity is on our red list, it means it is directly involved with the culture of death or that they refuse to answer ALL on their stance regarding the life issues.
While the Watchlist is only currently available through our website, we encourage you to share the link with your friends and family. Additionally, you can download our detailed PDF reports (currently found under the “More Information” tab) associated with most of the charities on the list and print to share with others.
Most recently, ALL created a monthly email update for new charities added to the list and that features any rating changes to charities already on the list. If you are interested in monthly updates, you can subscribe here.
ALL is truly grateful for all the support and prayers that keep this important information available.
Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio Launches Telehealth Killing
Women in Ohio can now have abortion pills mailed directly to their homes through Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio’s new telehealth abortion program. This announcement is just the latest evidence of PP’s shift to virtual means for its killing and maiming.
A new report showed that in 2025, 14,916 preborn Ohioans lost their lives through abortion pills prescribed by abortionists. These deaths accounted for 59% of the 25,135 abortions committed in the state. Countless other babies lost their lives because of illegal online abortion pills last year as well.
PPGO’s CEO, Erica Wilson-Domer, said the move will increase access to abortion and contraception for women living in rural areas who can’t visit physical facilities. What she fails to mention, however, is that these are the women who are most at risk for abortion pill harm.
When an abortionist prescribes the abortion pill through telehealth, he never examines the mother in person. He relies on her best guesses regarding how far along she is and if she is experiencing signs of complications. If a mother in a rural area is farther along than she thinks or says, or if she experiences a serious complication such as an ectopic pregnancy, she may not be able to reach medical help quickly. Research shows that 11% of mothers who have chemical abortions need emergency treatment, so this isn’t an insignificant risk.
Unsurprisingly, the well-being of women doesn’t seem to be Planned Parenthood’s concern. PPGO is only the latest affiliate to offer telehealth abortion. As we discussed in our 2025 Planned Parenthood Facilities Report, the organization is rapidly expanding its virtual abortion business, even as it closes physical facilities. Since telehealth abortions are easier and cheaper than in-person killing, we don’t see this trend ending.
Telehealth abortions were illegal in Ohio until voters amended the state constitution to include a “right to abortion” in 2023, which led to judges blocking many of the state’s abortion laws. But a new bill might restore some of these abortion pill regulations. It seeks to mandate in-person visits with a doctor before the killing drugs are prescribed, which may help protect mothers but won’t save any children.
If the pro-life movement is serious about protecting babies and their mothers, creating guidelines for preborn child killing isn’t enough. We must focus our efforts on banning, not regulating, the abortion pill and other killing methods. Millions of lives depend on it.

US War Secretary Puts DEI-Friendly Scouting America on Notice
American Life League’s Charity Watchlist exists to guide donors away from nonprofits that reject biblical principles. Moral depravities like abortion, contraception, IVF, and homosexual lifestyles violate human dignity. No sensible Christian should be donating to organizations that support them.
We must also watch out for what those organizations seeking participation and membership—such as the YMCA, Girl Scouts, and Boy Scouts USA/Scouting America—support. Pete Hegseth, Trump’s Secretary of War, took to social media to announce that his department is putting some pressure on Boy Scouts/Scouting America to wage a new path forward:
The Department of War has officially put Scouting America on notice.

It’s time to get back to basics — and DoW is leading the charge. pic.twitter.com/EnY9mvaFLX
Rejecting DEI is a good start, but there’s more to Scouting America than DEI

— James Julius (@swmp01) February 27, 2026I had 4 of my boys in scouts. The rising cost of enrollment was a huge factor in leaving, but ultimately it was the rule changes that did it.

When I was no longer allowed to share a tent with my own sons, allowing strangers instead to sleep next to them, I knew it was time.As a mom of an Eagle Scout, THANK YOU! The demise of Boy Scouts has been devastating to our young American boys.
— Tina Descovich 🇺🇸 (@TinaDescovich) February 27, 2026Being a boy scout. I didn't take it seriously when I was 10 but now realize that these experiences shaped who I am in ways I still discover… I was saddened to see the demise of the boy scouts and I'm happy you're holding them to account. Good luck
— Franklin Dean Jones (@FranklinDeanJo1) February 27, 2026Thank you, Pete Hegseth, for addressing this! The Boy Scouts were very key and beneficial in my life growing up. It pretty much died when it decided to go woke. And as always: #GoWokeGoBroke

I hope they turn it around for future generations.I voted for this! 🇺🇸

Scouts should be segregated because boys and girls need different training methods.
And girl scouts should stop selling unhealthy cookies. To be honest, Girl Scouts has loads more baggage than Boy Scouts.
