Week in Review – No sex ed; Free pro-life ed; Pandemic and abortion; PP Baby Body Parts
A silver lining has developed as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. In almost all states, schools are closed. Children are doing lessons and studying at home. As a result, Planned Parenthood cannot inundate these young people with its outrageous sexuality programs. In addition, unnecessary travel and group meetings are banned. All of this works to protect our children from the ravages of Planned Parenthood’s sexual indoctrination efforts. It will also give parents an ideal opportunity to review what their children are being taught and, if they find offensive material, take the time to develop a plan of action before the children return to school.
Parents are being encouraged to take advantage of the offer from the Culture of Life Studies Program to obtain Pre-K to 12th grade pro-life educational material at no cost. The Culture of Life Studies Program has become a leading supplier of pro-life educational materials to hundreds of schools across the country and even more homeschoolers.
Abortionists all across the country are finding it hard to justify why they should be allowed to do elective surgery (abortion) when Personal Protective Equipment continues to be in short supply. Some states have attempted to halt all abortions. Although South Dakota is not one of them, reports this week is that the state’s only surgical abortion facility has had to stop doing the abortions. It seems that the abortionist, who kills babies in Sioux Falls, lives in Minnesota and travels to the state on abortion days (Mondays and Thursdays). With travel restrictions in place because of the pandemic, the abortionist is not able to make the trip.
Texas has valiantly tried to stop all abortions in the state and has been met with lawsuit after lawsuit from the abortion industry. In the last two weeks, Planned Parenthood aggressively appealed a judge’s ruling that abortions should continue and won at an appeals court. All abortions were stopped. Then Planned Parenthood filed an emergency appeal at the US Supreme Court. Then the appeals court changed its ruling and allowed Medication Abortions to continue while restricting most surgical abortions. Planned Parenthood dropped its Supreme Court appeal and is, once again, along with other abortionists, killing babies in Texas.
Fox News reported this week “Unsealed docs show Planned Parenthood charged $25G for body parts, blood samples within months.” David Daleiden, the project leader for the Center for Medical Progress effort that uncovered the Planned Parenthood baby body parts business, issued the following statement:
Contrary to what Planned Parenthood has long and falsely claimed, Planned Parenthood’s monthly invoices of fetal body parts show zero “reimbursements’” for shipping or packaging. They show Planned Parenthood selling baby body parts based on the number of specimens “determined in the clinic to be usable,” per contract with StemExpress. Planned Parenthood contracts and invoices are proof positive that their payments were tied solely to the marketability of aborted baby body parts.
Tying payments to marketable body parts in a quid pro quo is exactly the kind of criminal “valuable consideration” that federal law forbids. The Department of Justice forcefully prosecutes parties who sell endangered animal body parts for far less than the amount of money reflected in these invoices. When abortion businesses can make $25,000 a quarter selling baby body parts, it is long past time for the Department of Justice to do its job and hold them accountable.
ALL in the News – American Life League Applauds President Trump’s Defunding of the WHO
This week, American Life League’s executive vice-president and Judie Brown’s son, Hugh Brown, was featured in a Life Site News article about the defunding of the World Health Organization. Hugh praised President Trump for defunding an organization that is an avid abortion supporter.
Also this week, American Life League was cited as an authority on Planned Parenthood information in an article from Wisconsin Christian News.
Judie Brown’s weekly commentaries and press statements continue to be featured as a column on Renew America. This week’s Tuesday commentary, A Coronavirus Vaccine Containing Aborted Baby Cells? Yes., was featured on the site’s front page.
Jim Sedlak’s Pro-Life Activism from Creation to Death is a weekly talk-radio program on the Radio Maria USA network. The show can be heard live every Friday at noon (Eastern Time) and is repeated on Saturdays (10 PM).

Action Item of the Week – (Fake) news video about Planned Parenthood that is outrageous
Planned Parenthood runs the largest abortion chain in the United States. It operates 53 percent of all the abortion facilities in the nation and commits 40 percent of all the abortions (over 345,000 a year).
During this coronavirus pandemic, Planned Parenthood is seeking to portray itself as just a friendly local medical facility. Our friend, Brian Gibson, executive director of Pro-Life Action Ministries in Minnesota, sent us the following information in an e-mail this week:
KARE 11, the Twin Cities NBC affiliate, aired a nauseating, fake news “infomercial” (complete with soft background music!) on Planned Parenthood’s (PP) response to COVID-19 on its 6:00 PM newscast Tuesday, April 14, and placed it on its website here: https://www.kare11.com/mobile/article/news/local/breaking-the-news/planned-parenthood-expands-to-telehealth-curbside-services-to-come/89-dbf36b29-aae3-4943-ae1c-888c79eb7332
The “news” story included the fact that cancer screenings at PP are being delayed, but there was no mention that abortions continue unabated! In fact, there was NO mention of abortion at all, despite Planned Parenthood being the largest abortion mill in the state, killing more than 6000 children every year. The only indication of pregnancy was a file video of a happy woman late in her pregnancy, as if this is what PP does!
Please write, text or call KARE 11 (or all three) and ask them to do a REAL story on Planned Parenthood, challenging CEO Sarah Stoesz to explain why PP is using up hundreds of precious PPE each week that could be used by real healthcare providers (including those treating the abortion client who was picked up by ambulance this morning (4/15/20) due to hemorrhaging https://youtu.be/iDa-q56baEs).

ACTION ITEM
We have found, from experience, that when a news station or publication runs such a piece as Brian describes above, they can be greatly influenced if they hear from pro-lifers all across the country. We encourage every reader to take the action Brian asks for.
Pro-life Social Media – “Sick, sick, sick” Twitter Reacts to Planned Parenthood Baby Parts Invoice
After the Center for Medical Progress exposed Planned Parenthood’s baby-parts-for-sale racket several years ago, PP’s former CEO, Cecile Richards, went on national television to perform damage control. She called the videos “highly edited,” and claimed negotiated prices were merely reimbursements for shipping and handling. This makes no sense, since shipping and handling was done on-site by the procurement agencies buying fresh parts from recently killed babies.
This week, unsealed invoices in the CMP case show the Planned Parenthood Mar Monte affiliate charged a procurement agency nearly $25,000 for dead baby parts.
NEW: Unsealed invoices show that a Planned Parenthood affiliate charged a tissue company nearly $25,000 for fetal body parts. The invoices stem from a years-long conflict between Planned Parenthood and Center for Medical Progress President David Daleiden.https://t.co/BHJ8idTp4v

My God, those poor innocent babies! There’s a special place in hell for people that buy or sell fetal body parts.

— Brian Loper (@Blope85) April 14, 2020
We all know that they’ve made well over $25,000 for selling fetal body parts. The only question is how much and they need to be sued for every penny.
— Nicholas (@npbeharry) April 15, 2020
So they charge to abort, the make a ridiculous profit from it, then the government gave them money for “women’s healthcare.” What an absurd, sick joke.
