Fredericksburg, VA (October 31, 2019) – American Life League president Judie Brown issued the following statement today following comments from a FOX News host and Cardinal Dolan regarding Fr. Robert E. Morey’s refusal to give Joe Biden Holy Communion:
It was not bad enough that FOX & Friends cohost and alleged Catholic Brian Kilmeade spoke out against the actions of Fr. Robert E. Morey, as Kilmeade defended pro-abort Catholic Joe Biden. But then not even a week later New York’s Cardinal Timothy Dolan appeared on the same show and told the viewers he supports what Fr. Morey did in denying Biden Holy Communion, but that it is something he would not do because “I’m there as a pastor, as a doctor of souls. So it’s difficult to make a judgment on the state of a person’s soul.”
In other words, for Kilmeade and Dolan, child killing condoned and supported in public by a rabid pro-abort like former Vice President Joe Biden is not worthy of action in defense of the babies and Christ Himself in Holy Communion. That is like saying to the audience: “Beheading St. Thomas More was a shame, but we must not be judgmental.” If these two men are not the epitome of cowardice in action, then I do not know what is!
God save us from political correctness. Save the babies; save souls. God bless Fr. Morey.
