Facts? Not really

The Alan Guttmacher Institute (Planned Parenthood's research arm) reports that the number of abortions in the United States is declining. They claim that legislators are hampering women in their decisions to be free of so-called unwanted pregnancies. Such deceptions must not go unchallenged.

In no tabulation of "abortion numbers" does the AGI or the federal government take into account the babies who are killed by birth control pills, IUDs and other chemicals, nor do these tabulations take into account the number of babies directly killed in IVF labs. So, when a claim is made that the numbers are decreasing, be careful to look beneath the veneer and you will see the flawed logic.

Their description of an "unwanted pregnancy" means that they would prefer that certain preborn babies be exterminated prior to birth, and they have changed the language that defines pregnancy. Time once was when everyone knew that pregnancy begins when the baby begins – at conception/fertilization. Not any more! Thanks to the machinations of the culture of death, propagandists like Planned Parenthood and their ideological twin, the Alan Guttmacher Instistute, pregnancy is now defined as beginning eight days after the baby begins.

So much for facts from the dark side.
