American Life League Brings the Culture of Life to Middle School Students
First installment of the Culture of Life Studies Program ‘Defend Life’ unit study now available!
Washington, DC —ALL’s Culture of Life Studies Program announced that the first installment of its middle school unit study is now available as a digital download. Defend Life: The Beauty of the Developing Human Being is the first CLSP lesson developed for middle school students. CLSP has previously released highly acclaimed unit studies for both elementary and high school level students.
By releasing Defend Life as a digital download, CLSP plans to reach parents, religious education teachers, homeschoolers, pro-life club leaders, and other education professionals instantly. Further installments of the Defend Life unit study on topics such as the sacredness of marriage, defending all human beings against the threats of the culture of death, and building a culture of life will be released as soon as they are complete.
Laura Kizior, content developer for CLSP, stated: “In creating Defend Life we worked with experts, educators, and parents to create a scientifically-accurate, easy-to-use program that trains students to be effective communicators of the pro-life message. Students don’t just get excited about being pro-life, they’re given practical tools to evangelize to their peers. If we can teach students to understand the intrinsic value of every person—born and preborn—we can win the battle against the culture of death.”
Judie Brown, president of American Life League, praised the program, saying:
American Life League’s Culture of Life Studies Program’s Defend Life unit study is another step toward our goal of achieving the paramount success that the preborn, the student, and the nation deserve. This program is cutting edge; its latest unit study provides education on the dignity of the human person for middle school students and is part of our overall plan to definitively change the culture. It’s this kind of pro-life education that will end threats like abortion and euthanasia.
The pro-life movement has needed a K-12 educational program like this for years to help repair the damage that Planned Parenthood has inflicted on our children in school systems across the land.
It’s time we took a proactive approach to ending abortion. Education is vital if we want to stop the threats against the lives of all human beings once and for all.
